The Executive Assistant / Project Manager Commercial will provide both administrative and general support to the Chief Commercial Officer & the Global Commercial team, as well as operate as the project manager on selected commercialization projects. 


  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CCO and Global Commercial team, including but not limited to:
    • Arranging travel plans, itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Completing expense reports
    • Provide support on confidential matters preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations
    • Scanning and filing documents
    • Controlling and processing Commercial related invoices
  • Organize Commercial team meetings, coordinate the agenda, take minutes and update slides and excel dashboards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
  • Act as the project manager for selected commercialization projects like market research studies, consulting projects, marketing events, including new vendor set up, creating POs, timeline & budget follow-up, meeting coordination, analysing reports, and addressing any ad hoc needs
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of Commercial projects assigned



  • +5 year experience as Executive support and project management
  • Experience in pharma companies or start up environment a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 


  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and great attention to detail
  • Self-starter, taking initiative, capable of anticipation, pragmatic and result oriented
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills & knowledge domains
  • Positive attitude and works well with others including cross-functional interactions
  • Strong work ethics and confidentiality



  • University degree
  • Fluent English – mother tongue an asset
  • Fluent French
